Identify the causeusually, we often take a shortcut to treat the fatigue that arises, with a high caffeine drink grades. whereas, this habit will bring adverse effects for our health.
What we must note, first identify the triggers that attack the body fatigue. For example due to lack of rest, lack of fluid intake, eating an unbalanced nutrition, stress, and minimal exercise.
The body needs energy. The energy required can be obtained from:

  • Enough rest. At least, we need time to sleep 7-8 hours a day.
  • Exercise regularly. Such as jogging every morning, min 30 mins.
  • Avoid alcohol and cigarettes. These two bodies contain substances that can deplete micronutrients.
  • Keep nutritions balanced intake and drinking at least eight glasses of water a day.
  • Make activities fun. For example listen to music and reading humorous stories in order to prevent stress.
